For instance, we possess a comprehensive documentation practice, which makes it possible to eliminate all under-deliveries from an established blueprint. We use steel only after it has been checked for carbon content and tensile strength. We use branded cement only after it has been appraised across the freshness, soundness, fineness and compressive strength parameters. We check the final concrete rolled out on our site for its strength and load-bearing capacity before it is incorporated into the construction. Our in-house and on-site laboratory ascertains the quality of what we have made on an ongoing basis to eliminate the use of sub-standard material.
