• The entrance to the complex has been prudently situated in the middle of the north of the complex to maximise the wealth of our residents in deference to the conviction that the north represents Kuber, the God of prosperity.

Similarly, all apartment entrances have been located either in the middle of the east, west and north directions in line with the belief that such a provision maximises the energy levels within an enclosed space.

The underground water storage tank will be located towards the north of our property in line with the belief that this is the purest of all directions. The overhead storage tanks will be placed in the west of the building to respect the conviction that the natural energy cycle flows from this direction, bringing stability and longevity to our apartment owners.
